Rule of Thirds

The Rule of Thirds is a technique for making photos more interesting and dynamic. The definition of the Rule of Thirds is as followed: photos are divided into thirds with two imaginary lines vertically and two lines horizontally making three columns, three rows, and nine sections in the images. The theory states that our eyes naturally gravitate to the intersection points.
In this picture we can see that the palm tree is the subject and is located on the right third of the picture. Not only is the palm tree following the Rule of Thirds, but the top of the building is on the upper third, allowing the sky to be present in the picture.

Marijuana

A trending and common activity has spread among teens, so much that it has become normal to hear teenagers smoking marijuana. "According to the 2012 Monitoring the Future (MTF) Study, 45.3% of U.S. 12th graders reported having used marijuana once or more in their lifetime." This significant number represents half of America's graduating class having smoked marijuana. Considering that teens are in a period of developmental changes, smoking marijuana can cause cognitive and memory problems. Also, it can lead to a lost of attention and IQ.
